OPEN AUDITIONS for Samuel Beckett's PLAY

(SCENE) Metrospace will debut its black box theatre program "Hidden Theatre" this spring with a production of Samuel Beckett’s “Play.”

Hidden Theatre announces a call for auditions for Beckett's PLAY. PLAY is a short one-act drama involving three people recounting to an observer a shared moment in time. They are doomed to repeat their own versions of what happened.

Open Auditions will be held at (SCENE) Metrospace, 110 Charles Street in East Lansing on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m, or by prior appointment. Call backs will be held the following day, Thursday, January 31 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

CAST REQUIRES THREE ACTORS:
1 Man, age 25-45
2 Women, age 25-45

Actors should come prepared with two contrasting one-minute monologues. Cast list will be posted Friday, February 1.

Performance dates are March 13-15, 20-22. Rehearsals are TBA.
