Fine Arts Sale Friday, Nov. 25th, 12-6



(SCENE) Metrospace, 110 Charles St., is partnering with the Record Lounge, 111 Division St., to bring a Fine Arts & Fine Music Sale to downtown East Lansing shoppers on Friday, Nov. 25.

Together, (SCENE) Metrospace and The Record Lounge have pooled their resources to bring the community excellent savings and great opportunities to purchase unique art and music. (SCENE) Metrospace will be open from noon-6 p.m. and The Record Lounge will be open from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. There are no admission fees for this holiday sale event.

(SCENE) Metrospace will be featuring a one-day sale of fine art by artists Liz Sweet, Eddie Lahti, Tom Sheerin, Kimberly Lavon, Rob Shelburgh, Christ Callihan, Samskee Delgato, Tom Wright, Peter Richards, Marc Wolfe, Julia Lubas and Aaron Curtner.

Right up the alley and only one street over, The Record Lounge will be featuring selected LPs, including Pink Floyd (The Wall, 7” box set), The Beatles (The Singles, 7” box set) and The Doors (L.A. Woman, 7” singles box set). The store will also feature 10 percent savings on purchases of $10 or more and 20 percent savings on purchases of $20 or more.

(SCENE) Metrospace is East Lansing’s City-funded contemporary art gallery and performance space. It is located at 110 Charles St. in the colorful Division Street parking structure, next door to Georgio’s Pizza.
