Festival of Listening

3rd Annual Festival of Listening
Friday, March 25th at 7 PM, (Scene) Metrospace 110 Charles St., East Lansing

Join us for a chance to hear poetry read in many foreign languages, without translation, but with only a few words of introduction from the readers. Some of the participants will be reading in their native language, some will be reading in a language they have come to love. Some of languages you'll hear include Hausa, Japanese, Albanian, Swahili, Old English, and Hebrew. The poetry will be followed by a reception with a sampling of international goodies. This event is free and open to the public.
