Call for Artists for Old Town Lansing Event

CHALK OF THE TOWN IS CALLING ALL ARTISTS!

GET READY! Chalk of the Town is going to be hitting the streets of Old Town Lansing. The sidewalks of Lansing’s historic Old Town will be open for artists to create a sidewalk masterpiece. On June 5th, in conjunction with Be A Tourist In Your Own Town, area artists of all ages and experience levels will have the chance to bring the streets to life, armed with nothing but chalk and their imagination! Be featured as one of the artists who will create a sensation in the second year of this exciting public art project. Artists of all mediums are welcome, but only chalk will be used during the event. If you are an experienced artist, a novice, or simply have a colorful imagination, WE WANT YOU!

Register to take part in Chalk Of The Town at www.chalkofthetown.org, or pick up a form at the Old Town Commercial Association office, located at 1232 Turner Street.
