East Lansing's own FRONTIER RUCKUS returns home after a summer of travels and tours that saw them grace stages throughout the east and in New York City. A versatile 6-piece too talented to settle on a genre, the band blends folk and bluegrass elements with streams of dreamlike imagery and distinctly contemporary compositions to create songs at once unshakably memorable and maddeningly fleeting.

Touching base in Lansing at the conclusion of their own tour in support of the forthcoming CD "An Army Life," THAT'S HIM! THAT'S THE GUY! will be joined by like-minded cohorts THE COTTON JONES BASKET RIDE (featuring Michael Nau from PAGE FRANCE), and solo artist ANDREW DOST of Beulah Michigan. Each of these artists has built crossover audiences bridging indie rock, folk, and singer-songwriter schools of thought -- introducing exotic twists and dynamic torsion into those well-established and seemingly rigid genres.
