"Raw young powerful folk duo Skogen. Starring from Budapest,HU playing music from all over eastern Europe. They bring new life and energy into old folk tunes. They sing in Yiddish, Romanian, Hungarian and Norwegian while the chromatic button accordion keeps the bass and chords and the violin sings these sad party tunes all with the beat coming from their suitcase bass drum. With curled mustache, fedoras and vests these guys look like they're from another time but their music has the power to rival against even the wildest punk bands." - Ásmány Lívia, Balkan Pub Crawl Budapest
