SCENE & Heard Concert: Rhythm

Michigan State University student musicians and composers present another concert in the SCENE & Heard concert series.

The SCENE&heard concert series presents its first show of the season, RHYTHM, on Friday, October 8th, 2010, 7:30pm at (SCENE) Metrospace. The show will focus on different approaches to rhythm. Specifically, the concert will focus on how the music of concert composers like Steve Reich and Louis Andriessen ask us to perceive rhythm differently than traditional music from Africa and the Middle East.
